Teresa Blythe is a Spiritual Director who accompanies individuals and groups on their spiritual journeys. She frequently writes about spirituality and its relationship to popular culture. Her newest book is 50 Ways to Pray: Practices from Many Traditions and Times by Abingdon Press.
 
Teresa has joined the Redemptorist Renewal Center at Picture Rocks in Tucson to serve as Coordinator of the Hesychia School for Spiritual Directors.
 
 
Teresa promotes spiritual awareness in all of life--especially in the stories we live. That's why she writes so often about the theological and spiritual aspects of television and other visual media.
