Our condo has 2 bedrooms, each with its own full bath.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living/dining room. An exceptionally large covered lanai is accessible
from both the livingroom and master bedroom. We spend 4-6 weeks here each year ourselves, so we've made every effort
to provide comfortable and attractive furnishings and conveniences. The unit is well maintained and professionally
cleaned after each guest leaves. In September 2011 we completed extensive remodeling, putting in new tile floors, all
new cabnetry, plus other replacements and upgrades. It is very spacious (over 1300 sq.feet including lanai), making
it the perfect place for a family or 2 couples traveling together. For pictures of all rooms, see the Photo Gallery.

Royal Sea Cliff Resort Description:
The Royal Sea Cliff is a beautiful oceanfront resort including
about 165 units. It is located on Alii Drive, about 1 1/2 miles south of the town of Kailua-Kona. Its seven levels
"stair-step" up a slope from the ocean, offering an ocean view from many units (ours included!) The beautifully
landscaped interior courtyard offers covered walkways, several sitting areas, and free wireless internet access in our condo
as well as the lobby (a PC/printer is located in the lobby for guest use and is free).There is plenty of free parking, most
of it covered. Elevators are acessible from all levels. There are 2 oceanfront pools, a tennis court, hot
tub and sauna, several gas grills, an activities desk, various demonstrations and lessons (some free, some fee).
Condo Amenities:
Our condo (#616) is fully furnished and equipped with everything
you'll need, including all linens (even beachtowels!). It is fully air conditioned, plus there are ceiling fans in both
bedrooms, the livingroom, and on the lanai. The lanai has a wet bar, and 2 tables seating a total of 6. There
is a washer and dryer in the unit. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed plus
a single futon. There is also a queen sofabed in the livingroom. We have 2 TV's (cable), a DVD player, a CD player,
and an IPOD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, coffee pot
and blender. The phone has an answering machine (local calls only unless you use a calling card or toll-free number).
Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combination. Included are an iron & ironing board and a hair dryer in each
bathroom.
There is free wireless available in the condo!
There are lots of Extras! Kid Friendly Items include:
a Grayco portable crib/playyard; folding infant/toddler booster seat; beach toys and boogie boards; the single futon in the
2nd bedroom makes a great toddler bed when turned around with the back rail turned to the outside. Other items
include: a beach umbrella, coolers and beach chairs; a selection of DVD's and books - island guidebooks and local
history as well as a rotating selection of novels for your leisure reading.
We love the view from the lanai - palm trees, the ocean to the
west, often with cruise ships in sight, and our local volcano, Hualalai, to the north. You often see parasailers,
rainbows, colorful birds and geckos. The sunsets are often spectacular.
