  • At least 3 nights' payment is due within 14 days of making reservation.
  • Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival in low season, 60 days in high season.
  • Rates shown are for up to 7 people.  More than 4 adults will incur a surcharge of $10/night/person. 
  • There is a refundable $200 security deposit.

 High Season 2012 Dates: 12/16/11 through 3/31/12 (Ironman: 10/6/12 through 10/14/12: 9 night minimum, $195/night)

3-20 nights:   $185/night

21-27 nights: $175/night

28+ nights:    $165/night

 

Low Season 2012 Dates: 4/1/12 through 12/14/12: (Ironman excluded)

$167/night with each 7th night FREE! 

 

High Season 2013 Dates: 12/15/12 through 3/31/13 (Ironman: 10/12/13, 9 night minimum, $195/night)

3-20 nights:   $186/night

21-27 nights: $176/night

28+ nights:    $166/nifhr
