Playoff Bowl
The Playoff Bowl was a post season game played in the Orange Bowl stadium
the 10 years leading up to the merger of the AFL into the NFL. The purpose
was to decide 3rd place in the NFL. The two teams were the runner
up in each of the Western and Eastern
Conference. The game was played in January after the season was over.
