ENTERTAINMENT CONNECTIONS
KRXA Radio, Seward was a prototype of the Alaska radio station as portrayed in the popular television serial, Northern Exposure. In the late 70s and early 80s, KRXA and Seward, Alaska drew a number of film crews. Those of us connected to the station think that unique features of the station and the town diffused to the creators of the show from them. Northern Exposure is one of the most popular television programs in Eastern Europe.
