Notes:
This is a variant of the Darian calendar. Differences are:
The relationship between the days of the week and the months repeats over a biennial cycle. Even-numbered years begin on the first sol of the week. The months within each quarter begin on the first day of the week.
Uses the epoch 11 Mar 1609 instead of 17 Dec 1975.
This is one of several Symmetric Vernal Equinox Martian calendars, which generally have the following characteristics:
Divide the Martian year into 24 months of approximately equal duration.
Retain the seven-day week.
Begin the year on the vernal equinox
Place the leap day(s) at the end of the year.
