Notes:
Each month begins on the first day of the week.
The calendar is similar in structure to the Darian calendar, but was developed independently. Differences are:
The 12th month contains only 21 days, while all others contain 28 days.
Intercalary days follow the 6th, 18th, and 24th months. The leap day, which is also intercalary, follows the 12th month.
Uses a different intercalation scheme.
Begins on the winter solstice.
Uses a different system of month and day names.
This is one of several Symmetric Double Gregorian Martian calendars, which generally have the following characteristics:
Divide the Martian year into 24 months of approximately equal in duration to encompass the longer Martian year.
Retain the seven-day week.
Begin the year near the Winter solstice
Place the leap day(s) in the fourth month.
Base the month names on the traditional Roman names, plus some additional naming scheme
