Mle's '56 Chevy Truck started as a dead hauler. It has been striped to the chassis and is now being converted to a hot rod. This is a dynamic process - keep watching.
All of parts of the old hauler had to be removed
A power washer was used to get the dirt and spiders off of the parts
Using a 'come along' from the garage roof, the engine was installed
First fit check of the front end sheet metal
The fire wall had to be cut to allow space for the larger HEI distributor. Even though the distributor fits without modifying the firewall, it would have been very difficult to repair it. Welded and painted fire wall
Painting in a garage is a difficult task, but the end result is satisfactory. Painted with custom seat
Monogrammed seat (say M L E out loud)
