Dr Potthoff believes the body is made of what we eat, and that what we eat or don't eat is a major contributer to our overall health picture.
Dr. Potthoff is a gourmet vegetarian chef, creating dishes from many cultures. She not only cooks tasty meals, but excells at making them from healthy, inexpensive ingredients. One of the most amazing things about this is that she can make these dishes very quickly.
